What I offer

Different approaches can support change in different ways.

Counselling

Counselling offers a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences and relationships in greater depth. Together, we can develop a better understanding of what is happening in your life, how past experiences may be influencing the present and what changes you would like to make moving forward.

Many people find that counselling helps them gain clarity, self-understanding and a greater sense of choice in how they respond to life's challenges.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT is an evidence-based mind-body approach that combines therapeutic conversation with gentle tapping on acupressure points.

It can help regulate the nervous system whilst exploring emotions, beliefs, memories and patterns that may be contributing to how you feel.

Many people find that EFT allows them to process difficult experiences and create meaningful shifts more quickly than talking alone.

Which is right for me?

Some people know exactly which approach they would like to try. Others are unsure.

Many clients choose counselling, EFT, or a combination of both. We can discuss what feels most appropriate for you and tailor our work to your individual needs.


How I Work

I believe that healing and change are most likely to happen when we feel safe, accepted and understood.

My aim is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can speak openly about whatever is important to you, without fear of judgement and at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion and care, developing a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be shaping your life.

I believe that greater understanding creates greater choice. As we begin to understand ourselves differently, new possibilities can emerge.

No matter what you have been through, or how stuck things may feel, meaningful change is possible.
