Thinking about starting counselling?

If you are considering counselling and think that I might be a good fit for you I invite you to contact me at [email protected].


I ask that you send me an email with a brief description of what brings you to therapy at this time. I will get back to you promptly with my availability. If I have availability that suits you we can book in a free short face to face meeting at my office in Slaithwaite if you like, or we can book straight in for a first session.


If you’d like to book a session with me I will send you a welcome pack via email. This will contain the following:

  • Directions to my office.
  • An intake form.
  • An agreement for you to read—if you have any questions, we can go over them in person. While you don’t need to sign it before we meet, it must be signed before we begin any therapeutic work.
  • A link to an online booking system.
